Refunds & Exchanges

If you need to return an item that has been damaged in shipping. Take a photo of the item and packaging within 3 days of receiving your order. Email us at natasha@chatonsdebonbons.com with information about your order and we will contact you with instructions about how to return your items.

If you have a change of heart, you have 10 days from delivery date, to return your unopened items in the original packaging for a refund.  The refund may take up to 3 weeks or less.
